Many entrepreneurs waste so much time building a mediocre business because they’ve been focusing on the wrong things.

By the time they look up from that 7-step system or billion-dollar blueprint, they’ve burnt out, lost hope or built a stale, carbon-copied business.

I know because I’ve been there.

I built the course, sold the program, and made the money.

But something felt off.

I realized I wasn’t experiencing the joy, ease or financial freedom (quite the opposite actually) I wanted because I’d put all my time and energy into chasing clients for a business that I didn’t really care about.

A business that had no unique factor and no real strategy, but felt too hard to turn around or start over.

That’s when I discovered the only way to really separate myself from the thousands of other people doing what I wanted to do was to focus on building and positioning my personal brand instead.

It was a decision that completely changed the course of my business (and life) as a result.

So if you want to create a fun, profitable business that really helps people and doesn’t feel like work, don’t wait.

Life is too short to be doing anything other than what you love to do.
